From my earliest years, I have been drawn to and fascinated by the ocean. I have never walked along a sandy beach or rocky shoreline at the edge of the sea without feeling overcome with peace and perspective. For me, the vast and seemingly unending ocean is filled with mystery, magic, and divinity. I composed “Song of the Sea” to celebrate my love and reverence for this amazing blessing of nature.
“Song of the Sea” features Nicole Pinnell on cello along with my daughter Mackenzie Tolk's beautiful voice.
